Quick Contacts — Last updated April 2025
Quick Contacts is operated by Quick Contacts, Queensland, Australia. For privacy matters contact us at [email protected].
When you create an account we collect your first name, email address, and an alias you choose. We store the contacts you add including names, phone numbers, and message templates.
Your contact data is encrypted on your device before being stored. We use AES-256 encryption with a unique key generated for your account. That key is itself encrypted and can only be unlocked with your PIN or your recovery code. We cannot read your contacts. Your PIN and recovery code are hashed and never stored in readable form. Data is stored on servers located in AWS ap-south-1.
We collect your email address for account recovery. We may occasionally send you important updates about the app. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you opted in at signup, we may also send you updates about new features and product launches. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Depending on where you live, you have rights including access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and all associated data, and objection to how we process your data. To exercise these rights contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
Quick Contacts is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Quick Contacts. By creating an account you confirm this.
You are responsible for keeping your alias and PIN secure. Do not share your PIN. We are not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree not to use Quick Contacts to store unlawfully obtained information, to harass or harm others, or to attempt to circumvent any security measures in the app.
Free accounts are limited to 1 contact. Pro accounts support unlimited contacts. To ensure fair and reliable service for all users, accounts with more than 500 contacts may be limited to adding one new contact per day.
Pro access is billed at $12 per year. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Users in the European Union have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund provided the service has not been used.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. All your data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Quick Contacts is provided as-is. We make no guarantees that the service will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including loss of contact information or failure to reach someone in an emergency.
